I dealt with Frank, he was responsive during the early phases, provided timely estimate, and performed the work on-time. However, the quality of the work is not very good, the piping for the gas line interferes with the drain line that he installed, and the copper pipes were routed so close to the water heater that there isn't enough room to install insulation around the hot water line. And he still haven't e-mail me a receipt for the installation nearly 6 weeks after the installation, 4 reminders, and several promises by him...

I am sorry that you feel that our quality of workmanship was not up to your standards. I would really appreciate it if you would like to take a picture and post it on the website here so that everybody else could see the quality. The point of the piping being close to the unit is so that aesthetically it looks good as well, at the time of the installation you even mentioned how clean the work was, so I am a little confused as to why you would say that our workmanship is not up to standard. If I had known that you wanted to insulate the few feet of pipe that you have I would have moved it over to inches or so. Also, I did send you an invoice r

Aquilina Plumbing and Rooter did a fantastic job installing l my tankless water heater. Frank was courteous and polite took is time to make sure the job was done neatly at a fair price would definitely recommend to family and friends.
