Went from tears of despair to tears of joy. My waterfall and pond looked awful due to the incompetence of an â experiencedâ workman. When Darian sent Inmor to restore my pond, I didnâ t believe this task was possible but Darian promised and Darian delivered! My pond and waterfall are absolutely beautiful! Thanks to the combination of,reliability, caring dependability and skill, I will enjoy the peace, serenity, and natural beauty of my backyard. Thank you Daren!

Was an easy and professional experience. Darian was pleasant and knowledgeable. Provided a proposal quickly that was fair. Was ready to go with not too long of a wait. His expert John was great at his craft. John and workers were efficient and cleaned up properly.

They created a beautiful waterfall and installed boulders around the perimeter of a very large natural pond. I was very happy with the final project and would recommend them to others I have also hired them to provide regular maintenance including keeping the waterfall working and the pond clean.

I had the pleasure of working with Aquarium Design Network's fantastic team who came to service and clean my pond on very short notice. Their professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment they arrived. Before their visit, the waterfall in my pond had been quite weak, affecting the overall ambiance and health of the pond ecosystem. However, after their meticulous service and cleaning, the waterfall's pressure improved dramatically, restoring its beautiful, cascading flow. The team's quick response, efficiency, and remarkable results have truly impressed me. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to enhance their pond's beauty and functionality.

They arrived on time. Performed the work in a very professional manner. Cleaned up after they were done. Left my backyard much cleaner than it was. The repairs a leak I had for years and two other companies failed to do. They suggested some products which made my pond more efficient and improved the esthetics. They are now my go to company for anything related to my pond.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
