When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and did not try to sell us things we did not need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian did not just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! We would not use anyone else and would highly recommended Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc.

Darien was very promp. Job was completed in 2 days. They left no mess. Fountain works great.

I did a search for a waterfall on June 1st, On June 25th I had my waterfall fully installed.We met with Darian, the owner & he came up with a great plan for our waterfall. Price was a little more than we wanted to spend, but Darian assured us we would be very happy. On June 23rd, his workers came to set up the job, dropping off all the materials etc. Over the next 2 days these 5 young men not only busted their rear ends in the heat building us a gorgeous waterfall, they used rocks we had laying around our yard, dug up plants & moved them elsewhere & more. These 5 young men, Phil Connor, Christian, George & Billy went above & beyond to create a waterfall we instantly fell in love with. These days a lot of companies use young workers who just go thru the motions doing their jobs, not these 5, from the time they arrived to when they left & Darian even had to tell them , "Hey Lets call it a day" we couldn't of been more happier with their work ethic. Darian was on site to make sure everything was going well & we were happy with the progress. I just want to say to Darian & His hard workers, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for making a waterfall we absolutely love, & all your hard work. If I could of drawn up a waterfall that we would fall in love with & be every happy with, it still wouldn't of been as nice as what we actually got. I had a big party in July and all my guests could talk about was the waterfall. If you are looking to add to your backyard paradise, give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed. I am going to add pictures in the next few days so you can see for yourself.

They did a great job and were very professional. Plan on using them for the up keep of our pond which we are very happy with!

Darrien of Aquarium Design Network made a very good impression on his first visit to our house. He was eager to please, and most importantly, he listened carefully to what we wanted. He offered his professional opinions at appropriate times. The beautiful results speak for themselves. Darrien has always been available whenever summoned. Pleasant and professional.

Darien arrived for my estimate as promised, on time. He E-mailed me the proposal in a timely manner, and the work was completed in 3 days, though he thought it would only take one day to complete. In all fairness, on the first day of work the 2 young men sent to my job were working in extreme heat and were only able to stay for 3 hours before conditions became unbearable to work in. The end result was definitely worth the wait. I have a beautiful waterfall in my backyard now. I had a problem occur a week later where the waterfall stopped working, but it turned out to be a minor issue and the two men who were sent to troubleshoot it worked diligently to solve the problem. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work and the workers from Aquarium Design Network.

Very knowledgeable and professional. They took care and pride in their work, treated my property very well. The owner, Darian, was direct and honest. The workers, Phil, Conner and James were excellent. Great job, I love my pond and waterfall again!!.
