Sue and Wally are an excellent team. Sue came to the house to look at the project. She discussed shutters, which were not on my radar. Her product, while expensive, was top quality. She and Wally came in after the holidays for the install. The shutters are perfect - love the look and the way they work -- perfect for an arts and craft house. I am very satisfied with Sue, Wally, and the product. I plan to use Sue again for the remaining windows that need redone.

I had custom curtains made for our kitchen bay window. When Sue arrived at our home, she already had an idea...but it wasn't what I had in mind. She really listened to what I had to say and understood my reasoning for wanting something the kids wouldn't pull on and use as a napkin! Together, we came up with a plan. I am very impressed with the quality...the valances are beautifully lined and seamed to match up the repeating pattern of the fabric. It gives me the very clean, classic look I was shooting for. Installation, which she handled, proved to be more difficult, but she and her installer were able to get everything picture perfect. I am very happy with the end result!

Sue was a pleasure to work with. She is GREAT at what she does. I couldn't be happier with my window treatments. I look forward to working with Sue and Wally again. I feel blessed to have met them.

Working with Sue has been a great experience. She got in touch with me and we started working on updating my home right away. In three weeks I had gorgeous custom curtains in my large foyer and landing installed. Her eye for detail is unsurpassed and her husband, an exceptionally nice guy, does the installations for her, another nice feature of dealing with Sue. I can't say enough about Sue and I will be working with her as we move through projects in my home, some of which she has pointed out to me as well as the ones I saw for myself. Sue takes the long view.

Sue quickly sized up what I wanted and what it would take to do the job. And a few days later, she and her husband, Wally, completed the work quickly and efficiently.
