"We requested a free estimate. Cory provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done (with photos) and the price. He let us know they could do the job on the spot, contact them later or not at all. We opted to have the job completed immediately at what we thought was a reasonable cost. That consisted of a new damper, repairing a cracked crown, replacing some missing bricks and flashing. The work was complete within a couple of hours and we are satisfied with the results."

"Danny and his son installed a new retaining wall at my mother's house. I live in Florida and hired Beaver Valley Lawn Service through Home Advisor. Danny was the first person to contact me and promptly gave me a quote. He drove from Aliquippa to Glassport for the job. He always kept me informed as the project was underway. He sent multiple pictures of the project. The completed wall looks great! They rerouted the drainage and removed all debris and hauled away all of the old wall. Its removal resulted in a large through and through hole which went through the wall and the brick. "I have a house from the 50's that had worn, discolored, and cracked mortar everywhere, Some bricks has even fallen off the chimney. J.R. came out and gave me an estimate and he got me on his calendar. James the owner does most of the work himself which is nice. He grinded down a layer of the old mortar and replaced it with new mortar around my entire house, he also repaired my damaged chimney and acid washed the entire house. When he was done it looked like new construction because all the new mortar surrounded the brick with nice, fresh crisp lines."

I am an over communicator and have not always had the best luck with good communication amongst contractors and landscapers, but Ty always responded back to my questions, was realistic with the timeframe for this project and was careful to never over promised anything he couldn’t deliver on. He was professional and realistic about when they could come out to squeeze this project into their hectic schedule. They power washed our backyard patio and put poly sand down. They also put topsoil mush down with seed in what used to be a large swingset area. They removed all pebbles and bricks where the swingset used to be. They proceeded to trim all our bushes around the perimeter of the house and last but not least laid down rubberized mulch. I would highly recommend Ty and SPL Lawncare for any landscaping needs!
