James and his crew did a great job uninstalling the manufactured wood in our dining room and installing wood look porcelain planks. I wanted someone who would provide only labor since we had already picked out out tile, and he fit the bill. Communication was good throughout the process. I would use him again.

We had water damage on our previous laminate floor and had a mitigation crew come out to remove it and dry the floor. We spent at least two months looking at floors and receiving quotes. I randomly visited home advisor and got a call from A+. Prompt, professional, and no non-sense. We had nearly 500 sq ft. of engineered acacia hardwood (which I recommend considering for bedrooms etc.) installed in three bedrooms. We are extremely happy with the finished product and the installation process. There were a couple of punch list items (minor glue spots and transition strip was popping up a little but due to our substrate not the strip or workmanship) BUT they came back out and took care of it. If you want the good customer service, experience, good value then call them. Albeit, we only had 500 sq ft. of flooring, the workmanship communication was great as if it were a large job.

We have used the services of James and his crew for 3 projects, including updating and remodeling to newly-purchased home, master bath renovations, kitchen remodeling, and expanding an outside deck.
