The work began on 15 August 2011 the contractor sent an email on 7 October 2011 (53 days) stating he could not finish the project. In his defense, it should be noted that his spouse had medical problems during the period they worked on the project. That became an excuse rather than a reason over time. Time limitation, reportedly, was due to his spouses condition. The weekly average that workers arrived and worked was 3 days per week. Never on Friday, Saturday and rarely on Monday did anyone bother to arrive and work Some weeks they only worked on one day. We provided 50% cost for the project, also provided the cost for lumber replacement

Called with an acceptable quote the same day with work sheduled for the next morning. Reviewed placement and size of new unit with ease which made us feel comfortable with Brett in our home. Arrived on time, removal of old unit more difficult than anticipated but accomplised in timely manner. Very professional, pleasant explanation of new unit operation and maintenance. Will definitely refer to others and use again ourselves.

Terrible service! We hired Brett on March 6. We fired him on March 21. A job that should have taken 2 days was never completed. It was one excuse after another. I'm highly disappointed at his lack of consideration & professionalism. He was suppose to repair and stain our deck. It never happened. We've paid him $400.00 for a simple power washing. He was overpaid. He is arrogant and never apologized. Save yourself the trouble and do not make the mistake of hiring this company.

Brett was very knowledgeable and worked with me around my work schedule. Will hire him again when I need other appliances installed.
