Anytime Painting

I highly recommend Anytime House Painting (AHP), and would use them again. After receiving several estimates for painting the exterior of my home, I contracted with Yong (John) Park. Estimates ranged from extremely high to low; AHP’s bid was mid-range and doable. John thoroughly explained the process, and wrote down what would be done. Not only did he do what he said he would do, but went beyond. I suspect the crew is treated well by AHP because they (usually 3) were so hard-working throughout the day, and did an excellent job completing in six days. My home and separate garage were neglected, with peeling paint and rotting wood, but AHP and crew fixed it all and now it is house beautiful! Thank you AHP! And Ladies, do not hesitate to contact this company for your painting needs. As an older person living alone, I never once felt pressured, unsafe or threatened in any way.

The crew is great but difficult to communicate with if you do not speak Spanish or Korean. Like most contractors you have to pay attention to what they're doing to make sure they do what was contracted and clean up after themselves. The work quality and results were fantastic on my home. Update: Three weeks later and the trim paint is starting to peel already. Not happy.

Very fast and painting was perfect. Very happy with company. They repaired and painted. Got the bid on Thursday and my house was painted by Tuesday afternoon. Already recommended them to a neighbor.

These painters are amazing. Their work is detailed, efficient, and absolutely beautiful on completion. They clean up after themselves and come when they say they will. Just as importantly, their pricing is more than competitive. You absolutely should try them out before they get too popular and have more business than they can handle.

Job was to strip and repaint iron railings and wood window trims. They did a very thorough job, used the correct primer and oil based paints. They were professional, neat and clean, and quiet. We will use them again.

They worked hard and carefully, using a combination of rollers and brushes (I didn’t see any paint sprayers, for example). I think they did much more than they had to do. They carefully wrapped everything that shouldn't get painted. They were very thorough. For example, I have a tankless water heater that was installed long after my house was painted, so there was a void in the paint on the wall behind and around the tank. They not only painted the visible void on the wall, but they also painted the wall BEHIND the hot water heater. They asked before they painted any visible pipes (or not). They cleaned up and put everything back in its place when they were done. Overall, I was very impressed with their work ethic and the end result. My house looks great.
