They did an excellent job!

The price was competitive. The work was excellent, including prep-work to replace some of the wood siding. John was available throughout process and daily supervised the team that did the prep and painting. Very pleased with outcome. Expect to use again when ready for interior painting.

Sloppy job.

John responded to our quote request right away and his price was HALF the first quote we got! This made us suspicious about the quality of his work, too good to be true? We checked his references and it seemed legit. He even tossed in extra stuff we hadn’t asked for (side gates, front door polish). His workers showed up on a Monday morning and were done by Friday noon! They did a clean quality job and cleaned up after themselves. The only slight inconvenience is that none of his workers speak English. So use universal sign language and all is well (plus John was always available on the phone to resolve any issue).

That we’re very helpful

They were very attentive to our needs. They didn't do anything unless they asked us first. Even our neighbors were praised the Professionalism of the workers. We live in Simi Valey so the winds Can be a real problem, especially when Santa Anas occur. They even covered our neighbors Windows and the cars so as not to get any paint or debris on them . John was the the ultimate Pro.

I would have given them 5 stars for the work quality except I had to point to them a few areas needing touch up or re-do, which they did without questions. Language is a minor barrier however, it was easily worked around.

Crew on time every day. Very nice people. Great clean up. Would definitely use them again.
