Nest Design and Builders did a great job. They responded right away and and maintained communication throughout. The estimate was provided quickly and the job was done according to the estimate. They resealed gaps between bricks and refinished the wood surfaces for the two story, flat roof home. It was a really well-done project from start to finish. Five stars, A+.

I do not know how Nairco has great reviews. If I could give less than .5 Stars I would. This company is unprofessional and utilizes unskilled labor. Nairco is not licensed to perform work in the city of Chicago. They charged our Association for a permit, which they never obtained. They have damaged our building to the extent that we had to terminate their work prior to completion in an effort to prevent further damage. We are attempting to obtain our deposit back so we can begin to repair the damage Nairco caused. Unfortunately the deposit will not cover costs to correct the damaged caused by the low and poor quality work of Nairco. We do NOT recommend this company.

Very professional, detailed, courteous and easy to work with! I like that they keep open communication, very fair and reliable. Good customer service is very hard to find these days I am a very picky and somewhat complicated homeowner. No homeowner wants to pay an overprice and every homeowner wants to pay a decent price for a good quality and long lasting quality work . These people do an amazing job taking the extra mile without you requesting it. They answer the phone and have clear communication to make sure your needs are met. You can rely and depend on they're professional and expertise advise without being disappointed.
