Dustin was fantastic. Very thorough, very willing to explain what he was looking for and finding, and very flexible to tune his service for our needs. We just wanted someone to help us prioritize a list of home improvements/repairs/enhancements, and he delivered exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price.

Dustin was very thorough and professional during the inspection. He explained if there are any major issues. He also answered all and any questions we had. Also, we got the inspection report immediately, which was convenient. I would highly recommend him. I would also recommend him to friends/family who are in the market for an inspector.

Dustin was absolutely wonderful. As a first time homeowner, I am very unfamiliar with the process. He explained all the steps to me when it came to timing with inspections. I met up with him at the inspection and he walked me through some things he found. My water wasn’t turned on yet and he said he’d come back out to check that when it was. His inspection was incredibly thorough. Would absolutely recommend him.
