We had two TV's hung on the walls. Also we had 6 in home speakers and 2 outdoor speakers installed for whole home audio/music playing. From start to finish everything was smooth. The installer was very clean, and did the work like it was his own home. All with very minimal drywall removal/cutting (way less than we were actually planning on based on the difficulty of the install) All in all, was very happy and will use them in the future.

Have called 4 times in 3 weeks about antenna that was installed by them and is not working. Alex says he will call back but never does. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

We went above and beyond what this project calls for. This customer has been a a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately she is only available in the late afternoons and we only have certain days where we work late. I did reach out to the customer and we do have it scheduled to go out and resolve her problem. I apologize about any confusion but my staff does enjoy their evenings with family.

Contractor called and scheduled a date for a quote and appeared to be very professional. After the quote we scheduled a date for the install which I took the day off. I waited and waited and then i called him to ask if he was still coming but he never responded. Smh

We had this job booked. My office assistant tried calling the customer multiple times on the day of the job to confirm the appointment. We could not get the customer to answer the phone. A voice mail was left. If needed I can provide phone records. The customer did not pay any money.
