Computer would not boot up. Alex looked at it on the same day that I called. Computer was not worth repair. My hard drive had not failed so he retrieved my data. In my case he had a refurbished computer that has exactly what I need. And the price was right. The computer was set up and my data was put on it. True, it was a coincidence that he had a computer that was exactly what I was looking for. But he has repaired computers in the shop or can build one for you. The main thing was he got my stuff from my hard drive. Also Alex is easy to deal with. Not arrogant. Not pushy. Friendly and helpful.

I have used Always a Solution for numerous jobs. Most importantly, they were able to get me reliable high-speed internet and phone that is super fast when previously I was dealing with Frontier (40 plus service calls over two years.) Alex has found me the best computer for my digital scrapbooking and done all the transferring of programs. He set up carbonite and their office has even called when they have seen that there is a problem with the carbonite not being backed up. They can fix some things remotely, which is awesome. They helped me get the best computer and printer for my sons college needs at a great price. They even helped with setting up a better wifi system in my house and fixing wiring issues. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The only downside is that I found their office a little tricky to find, but they are happy to come to you too.

Alex and his crew were right on task! Very dependable, the men showed up to do the work when they said they would. They were courteous, professional and stayed on task the whole time they were here. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide! You could tell, they knew what they were doing!

Alex, the owner, came out and gave us a quote for a whole new phone system. Within a week we were completely installed and operating properly, our entire staff was trained on the phone system, and given very good quality phones at a very reasonable price. The capabilities that come with this phone system are amazing. Alex's support through all of this has made it a seamless transition with absolutely no downtime with our business phones. We didn't miss one phone call. I am highly satisfied with the quality, speed of install, and pricing. Would recommend to everyone.
