Steve Greiss communicated excellently throughout the job, brought in all materials including the A/V Amp at a price that beat mfr. list and Amazon which surprised me. All the wiring was tight & labeled... My job wasn't easy, but Steve & his crew made it look easy. They'll be invited back for further work. I'm referring them to others who I know. :-) ------------------- I am editing my review - Steve and his Crew were friendly, but read the Following: ----------- From Jay (redacted) The Home Theater Receiver was delivered and installed Steve only invoiced me for the work, ($1275.00) I never received any detailed receipt for the work done, nor any Manuals for the Amp, Steve took *all of the with him!*. Neither did the installer offer me any opportunity to buy an extended warranty for the Receiver (only $149 for 3 years), (the item has now failed - less than 2 months after the install) Installer has been slow to return my calls after the install. He inferred I was fortunate to receive the deal I did because of the pricing he charged me on the hardware - like *that* should be the reason I should *accept* the fact that he hasn't delivered the options any normal person would get if they bought the Receiver *themselves* in the store. The Amp has failed and I might have to buy another because of a power surge. The installer himself procured the Receiver @BestBuy & delivered it to my home. The Amp is a $1000 item if I go back and buy it myself. Steve alludes to the fact that he gave my a *deal* on the Receiver which I believe. But, nothing excuses poor communication with your customer and not leaving a detailed receipt and offering them their paperwork on the Hardware. Who owns the Hardware Steve? You? or Me? If it's me - why wasn't I offered the opportunity to buy the Extended Warranty? The BB Extended Warranty covers Powersurges, the Manufacturers does not. It remains unclear whether or not the failure of the Receiver was actually caused by a powersurge (there were no storms in Nashville the night of the failure) or whether this was a simple Manufacturers Chip-set failure on the Motherboard. One thing *is* clear, is that Steve Greiss, with All Wired Up, remains recalcitrant in his communications after the sale and service. Shall We Clear this up? Or take this further?

Reliable, friendly, fast! Exactly what we wanted- we have struggled to find a good provider to help us with our home entertainment wiring goals and network connectivity issues. They were great! Hoping to hire them again in the near future for some other fun projects :)

Steve from all wired up contacted me right away when I submitted my request to hire someone to help me hide wires behind my tv mounted above the fireplace. He listened to my needs and gave me a fair estimate over the phone and showed up the next day to complete the project. Him and his colleague completed the project quickly and well done. He also educated me on other services he does and shared examples of projects he’s completed in other homes. I will definitely be hiring him again for future projects!
