"My hope is to never need the services again but if I do, Robert Sleigh's Animal Issues will be who I call. Brian and his fiance (sorry I don't remember her name) have been fantastic to work with. They were knowledgeable and very personable. My husband and I enjoyed their visits when they came out to check the traps. We caught the baby skunks quickly but the mother seems to have fled the scene. As impressed as we were with their service, today I was impressed even more. There is an older gentleman in our neighborhood that helps some of the widows with lawn mowing and landscaping. He's sawing trees down today across the street from us. As Brian and his fiance were leaving my house, they went next door to assist the man with a tree he was having trouble with. That's when you see the true character in people. Even if they'd not caught our skunks, I'd use them again for what they did today when they thought no one was watching!"

"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"Black Diamond did a thorough job of protecting my home from pests. I have a ridiculous over-the-top fear of cockroaches, so if I see one in the house I lose my friggin' mind. I feel very confident now that we will not see any of those demon spawns this year now. Oh, and there's the annual march of ants through the house that we have every year so I look forward to peace and quiet from those little terrorists! The price was very reasonable and I love that there is not a contract involved. The customer service is exceptional and everyone we have spoken with there has been very helpful. "This team was absolutely WONDERFUL! Out if all if the companies in my area this company is THE BEST! They responded in a timely manner and followed up with me. They listened to what the issues were and were willing to find the problem and my problem was probably the worst of all- skunks! Brandon was very professional and went under my house and found the problem! There were several other companies that wouldnt even go into the crawl space to see what the damages were or to locate the den! One even gave me an estimate without ever looking at the area. And one was supposed to come out, cancelled because of traffic and was supposed to come out the next day and never showed up- never called! I greatly appreciate Brandon for being so willing to help me get the job done. Brandon was also able to give me specific details on what is needed to prevent this from happening again as my home is very old - and hes going to make a customized cellar door to stop them from getting in. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who has ANY wildlife issues! Again, they were prompt in responding, Brandon showed up on time, he was VERY professional as well as knowledgeable!! He knew what was needed and did not hesitant to garb up and go under the house. I am very grateful to this company and specifically to Brandon. My entire home was being infiltrated with the smell from a dead skunk! He went in and took care of it when others wouldnt.
