"Smoky Mountain Building (SMB) implemented and transformed the physical backyard space with the re-design of the deck, covered porch and new patio. The decking with extra-wide steps and two-tone coloration is gorgeous and exceeded expectations. Forrest (owner/contractor) worked on several drafts to accommodate our request for specific features while keeping within budget. The SMB crew involved was skilful and impressed us with their wanting to do a fantastic job. At our request, they did a last minute aesthetic railing change, and replaced 3 boards that showed above average imperfections. To our delight and gratitude, work was completed a half day quicker and at the unchanged contracted price. In addition, SMB seamlessly executed a stamped, concrete patio for outdoor entertaining. Again, the quality of work was remarkable. The subcontractor came 3 times to the site prior to concrete pouring to ensure that all details and prep materials were on hand when the concrete truck came. His crew worked with a degree of precision and co-operation that highlighted their longstanding craftsmanship. The beautiful pairing of the deck and patio has certainly increased our private enjoyment and investment return. We are grateful and privileged to have Forrest and his crews work with us on this second round of house improvements."

He ground out stumps, tore our old raised beds and spread all the dirt from those beds. And reseeded the areas in grass where needed.
