Very responsive and understanding of the project. It was a smaller project versus others I am sure, but we were treated well. All Weather was the only company to call back. Other companies probably thought our job was not big enough for them. In addition, one of the workers actually thanked us for the job!

The installation team did a fantastic job and left the job site very clean

Pro came to check out the project. He sent a quote the next day and I accepted his bid. We discussed him doing projects in the future when he had more projects in the area but he insisted on sending his crew of 3 men up the next day as he forgot his flashlight at my house. His crew got here the next day, started to unload the truck and one of them set up his ladder and went up to the attic. He saw immediately that there was asbestos in the attic insulation. He questioned why the owner did not notice it as it is his responsibility to make sure they are able to do the work requested safely. They loaded up their truck with his flashlight and left without performing the work requested. A few days later, I received a bill for $325 for trip charges. The owner has never reached out to me regarding this issue after his crew left. I believe this is an unfair charge as he did not access the project properly. No work was performed, only the retrieval of his flashlight was accomplished. I do not plan on paying this charge.

Slight mixup in the original work order, but the issue was corrected and everything went well, great job of getting the blown in attic insulation in house and garage. Thanks for a GREAT job.
