Michael was very up front with what needed to be done and the costs options. He also allowed me to purchase the materials with no contractor mark-up involved. Did exactly what he said he would and did it very well. I would definitely recommend All Type to anyone and plan on using his services again for other projects...

Had some old vinyl siding that needed additional pieces added under new canopy. Mike removed some old siding at the side, behind some shrubs and added hardi-plank which was almost a perfect match to the vinyl. He used the removed pieces to fill in under the canopy and you cannot tell it was added. Looks GREAT! Completed the whole job on schedule before a wedding that took place on Friday night. Would highly recommend him for any improvements that you might need.

Every aspect of my dealings with Mike Petrow and All Type Home Improvements, from the bid/quote through the final inspection of the comepleted work, was EXCELLENT! The bid was competitive but not the lowest. But in discussing the work needed to be done, Mike displayed an honesty about possible problems that showed that he was a complete professional. His analysis of the "whole" picture was refreshing and showed a desire to the the job right not just get the bid and then charge more on the "end". His work is of the highest quality passing inspection without a blink. Mike and his workers were courteous/non intrusive and left the property cleaner than they found it. Mike P. even reduced the price on one project (replacing soffits/fascia and gutters) because the materials used were less than estimated. A quote was provided onsite after inspecting the work to be done. I had to wait 2 days to get a quote from another contractor. The work was started on time and completed on time. Premises were left clean.

mike was very professional. he found my problem very quickly.it took him a few extra days to fix my problem because it kept raining.once it stopped raining he was there as he said he would be.he installed a drainage system to pump the water away from my house.today in atlanta ga it has been raining for the past 5 hours.my walk out basement is dry to the bone. thanks to mike petrow

Mike gave us an estimate and then he came back and did the work himself. We were VERY pleased with his work. If something else comes up...we would be glad to use him again.
