All Type Home Improvements

Mike from All Type Home Improvements was great to work with. I had several other actually waterproofing companies that came out to look at my problem with water leaking in my basement and none of them took the time that Mike did to really investigate the cause properly but Mike. They were quoting me different fixes for thousands of dollars without even looking behind the drywall to access the cause of the leak. Mike access the problem very carefully and found the cause. He then explained to me in great detail the causes and proper fixes for them. He gave me a reasonable quote for the job, He also took the time to answer all of the questions my Wife had as well. I also liked the way Mike explained to me every day what he planned to accomplish that day. All Type Home Improvements did an AWESOME job. My Wife told me to make sure I used them for any other work we need to have done in the house. I would hire them again anytime!!!! Work done: Fixed a leak in a bedroom and Man room (cave) in my basement. Reinstalled a portion of the tack strip and carpet. Repair drywall and baseboards. Painted the drywall that was repaired. Repaired four window seals and trim. Removed and replaced the exterior basement door and installed a storm door. Also repaired the stucco on the corner of my house were the water was coming into the house.

Micheal and his son came out looked at the job gave an estimate (which was way lower than the other two estimates) I did not choose "All home improvement" because of their low estimate but because the job was explained to me in detail from start to finish and one last thing "mike" spoke passionately about his profession and I could see that he loves his work, well the job was done in three days even though I was not there pictures was taken and sent to my phone to show progress step by step I am so please with the work and will definitely use him and his son again for other projects.

Replaced rotted siding and exterior door.

I needed advice as to the best solution to a problem of water running down my driveway and into my garage during heavy downpours. Michael explained step by step what needed to be done and worked within my budget. He arrived on time, finished quickly and left everything clean when he was finished. I am very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work done by Michael Petrow and highly recommend him to anyone, no matter what the project. I plan to hire him again in the future. He is one you can trust!

Michael Petro was very professional, honest and punctual. He was about 1/2 the cost of Aquaguard and the quality of his work was better.

All Type Home Improvements did and outstanding job on deterrring the water from entering my basement. They were the cheapest bid I received but gave me top notch service. He ensured the job was done correctly by his attention to detail and ensured the job site stayed as clean as it could considering he was working in mud. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having water troubles at their foundations. My basement is dry for the first time after a big rain. I am happy, happy, happy!!!

Mike did an excellent job! It rained really hard the day after he finished the job and not one drop came into my basement. Normally there would be a small creek running through. My yard looks just like it did before he started the work. Highly recommend his company.
