Reviews
Write a ReviewSquirrels had moved into my attic through a wood rot hole that formed in the awning behind my house due to poor drainage. Joe, the tech from All Rodents Begone came to my house, inspected my attic and made a plan with me to trap the squirrels and then patch the entry hole. It took a few days to catch all the squirrels, but Joe was responsive and communicated well with me. I'm very satisfied.
All Rodents Begone were just great! They came right out and promptly solved our problem-which included mice, squirrels, and bats! It was close to Christmas, but the guys were there to help us through the whole thing. I would highly recommend them!
Customer service was good, but the results left something to be desired. They left a huge mess that we had to clean up.
Joe came out initially to assess the rodent infestation. He set traps and came if the trap caught a rodent and/or for 3 Saturdays after the initial visit. After 8 voles had been trapped in a few weeks, he came by for another week to make sure the traps were clean. He will return in early Spring to rodent checking and use of gas in their tunnels to make sure they are all dead.
Nathan and Joe were very courteous and did remove the bat from our front porch column. However, we let them install a barrier in the column gap to prevent re-entry. Initially, they were going to leave wire meshing, which looked horrible. Then they attempted to cover with caulking. DO NOT LET THEM APPLY ANY BARRIER, CAULKING OR SEALANT TO YOUR HOME!!! The end result was very messy and unprofessional looking. You can see in the pictures. I requested a partial refund, which Nathan agreed to do. However, I still have yet to receive any refund. Needless to say I will NEVER use their services again!
pro didn't communicate process or any progress, I was left with chasing for info. I decided to cancel part of the work, and pro suggested that I had to pay for it and get it done anyway. Wouldn't hire again.
Great at catching nuisance animals & hauling them away, but below average at filling holes. I paid extra to have a hole filled in my backyard after the animal(s) that caused it were caught, but the hole was just filled with 3 large rocks and a small amount of sand with at least 1 of the 3 large rocks being taken from my backyard and thrown in the hole. I don't feel like I got what I paid for on the hole fill part of the work. I could see a huge unfilled area after removing two of the large rocks, and had to spend an additional $50 to buy gravel/rocks to fully fill the hole myself. Next time, I would only hire them for the wildlife capturing / haul away work which they were very good at following up daily to check the traps.
Prompt and professional service.
The project is successfully done and highly recommended.
These professions came when they promised and took care of the problem quickly. Thank you for your expert help!
