    They arrived without ANY tools to disassemble furniture which I was told they do. Lucky we had a screw driver. When we arrived at our new residence they almost left without placing a mirror back on a dresser once again lucky I had a screwdriver oh and yes we had to screw the rest of the screws to both beds so we had to also place mattresses back on beds. Never will I use them 1,100 dollars for not even a full home.

    They sent three young men and they were all very nice. Two of them tried to work hard and one just kind of tried to be in charge. They were exhausted by the time they got to my small job and had very little energy. They worked jobs before mine and just were worn out.

    The actual cost was over the estimate by 50%. The team was to spend one-day packing and one-day loading. They spent two days packing and one-day loading while still packing. I had to take the inventory of what was being loaded since they did not label boxes correctly and did not have the personnel to fill in the forms, even though they had been informed that this was an International shipment and the forms had to be filled in detail and be correct. They also ran out of packing materials both days and I had to go to a famous home appliance store to buy additional materials. The estimate was done remotely using face time - this was probably what lead to the sub-par estimate but that lead to them getting the job.

    I was told 139.00 per hour. Charge 15-minute increments they were there 1 hour tried to charge me 375.00 plus 100.00 deposit. I told them to take the stuff back, I will rent a Uhaul instead

    Movers dragged their feet, took four plus hours to complete a 1 bedroom apartment move 10 miles away when everything was already packed. I was estimated two hours by the sales representative. I even tried to speed things up by carrying some of the boxes myself. A simple move cost me a lot more than what I budgeted.
