C & Oscar moved my tanning bed from my garage to the main living area up 17 steps by hand without a dolly. They explained that although using a dolly might be easier they didn’t want to risk damaging the bulbs & electronics with the jolting effect of pulling it up each step. It was a very difficult task with the weight, size & corners to navigate. They struggled but got it moved safely. They were courteous & professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Rob and Gabe came to help us move out of our hurricane flooded condo into storage. They were so helpful and sensitive to our situation that they actually made an improvement in our mood. Difficult to do after a hurricane ravages your home. We will ask for them when we move back, whenever that is. The best.

These two men were early. They were respectful and had smiles on their faces. They did not complain and were most helpful. I would recommend them highly. The price was very fair with the quality of service being exceptional. It was very refreshing to know there are still people who work with those qualities.

Deceitful business practices. I was won over by the decent reviews here and the amazing quote but beware their hidden fees and poor customer service. Everywhere else this place has terrible reviews. My EXTREMELY simple job of having a couple items moved from my upstairs to the garage (less than 1 hour total) ended up being over $500. They say itâ s a minimum 1 hour, but they charge a full labor hour for travel (???) which was $218 by itself + 17% for gas, another $75. So they expect $300 before they even step through your door. None of this was ethically disclosed before they start the job. I consider myself lucky, Iâ ve seen other reviews stating they bring up this deceiving billing after the movers have loaded up their items and before they unload again, essentially holding their belongings hostage unless you pay these extortionate prices. Extremely disappointing company. 0/5 stars.

Andrew is a top notch Mover. He moved us from the West Coast of Florida to the East Coast of Florida flawlessly. At an hourly rate, it was amazing to see him carrying three boxes at a time on his back. He disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly and quickly. He is a true professional, and you would be lucky to get Andrew and Isaac for your move.

To summarize: EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. Horrible customer service. Management will not speak with you if there are any issues. They will tell you everything is good and that they will confirm a day or two beforeâ ¦ that is unfortunately only true for some clients, but apparently, not us. And it doesnâ t matter how many times you call to confirm, they will brush you off. My 8 months pregnant wife called 4 TIMES leading up to the move date, including a few days before. She was assured that they would reach out 24-48 hours before to confirm. Come 4pm Friday before a planned Saturday pack and move and of course, not a word from anyone. She calls and they say weâ re not on the schedule. Due to logistics issues, nothing was guaranteed. We were instead told, â donâ t worry, the day after we were supposed to move, they will do their best to ensure a great moving experience.â Long story short, the crew shows up 2 hours late, they donâ t have enough people for the job, they spend all day packing, itâ s 8pm on a Sunday night by the time the truck is fully loaded. We move 10 miles away from the condo to our new home. It takes them an hour. We all pitch in (including the pregnant wife) to set up our 4 year olds room, sheâ s asleep by 10pm, we finish 1:30am Monday morning. By the way, Iâ m a surgeon and I see patients Monday morning. They charge us $1000 in gas for the 10 mile move and overtime for their guys because theyâ re on the clock when the get the truck in Sarasota, drive it down to Punta Gorda, and then back up at 2am Monday morning. The quote was 2k, they charge us 5k because it was so much more work than they had anticipated. If only they could have advised on booking. Iâ m a professional. I hold myself to high standards with my occupation. I demand better than this from a company moving my family. They completely botched this job. I will not recommend their services to any of my friends, family, colleagues, patients, or acquaintances. Please think twice before using this company is all I can say and I hope that you donâ t end up in a similar situation.
