I was very impressed with getting my quote, arranging the move, and the ongoing communication. I was also very impressed with the main mover (assistant was new, but also good and professional). Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them because of the lack of pricing transparency and when presented, the final, outlandishly high amount owed. When quoted for a fairly simple job with all packing/boxing done by me with my materials, it should have been straightforward. The problem is, an attractive hourly rate was offered. However, fuel charges arrival and departure ?trip time?, an 18% surcharge fee and ?materials? (they probably used about $10 of their own materials in the form of extra tape and wrap for 2 items.) You are charged for minimum 6rolls of tape at exorbitant prices even if less than one roll is used. I can?t even bring myself to post the final cost for an extremely simple and short distance move because I am embarrassed I didn?t research better. I felt totally duped.

Jordan and Ken were amazing. They unloaded the Pod in less time than it took the previous crew to arrive, load for an hour and drive back. My things were handled with care. They were very courteous and super friendly, with a sense of humor that made it fun. Highly recommend this company, especially Jordan and Ken!

Absolutely horrible. I booked this company to assist me in unloading a 16 foot truck. Small job. I confirmed with the professional who booked that I would have 2 movers at 3pm. At 3:30 PM, I called and asked for an update. The dispatcher said to me ?it looks like they will be finished with their current project and be on their way to you by 5:30pm? No call. No warning. No correspondence whatsoever that the time we agreed upon - and that I paid up front for - was no longer going to work. I hired these movers to help because I had fallen sick, and was unable to carry many of the belongings myself. They were very eager to take my money up front, but absolutely terrible on the back end. I asked the dispatcher why I wasn?t notified that the time was changing before I called, and he gave me s ton of attitude. ?How could we possibly know how long a move is going to take? There?s always a risk of the timing being pushed back? I asked him if there is any sort of process to let a customer know that the timing would change by hours - his response was ?no, we get there when we get there? I responded that this might be something you should tell customers so they are prepared when they book your services and his response was ?well, I wasn?t the one who booked you sir. Was I?? Absolute zero customer service. Anyway, the movers showed up right before 7pm - only four hours late. By then, I had unloaded nearly everything. They were nice enough guys, strong, and did what I asked - but I only had about 10 minutes worth of actual work for them to do. They did it, promptly charged me $350, and were on their merry way. If you care about customer service, timely service, and communication - stay far away from this ?company?

There was a lot of hidden fees that we were not aware ahead of time. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment with very few furnitures and was charged way too much with almost 2k of additional charges. The distance was only 10 miles and it costs way too much.
