It was a pleasure to work with Bruce from the very start. Showed up to appointment on-time. Explained everything very clearly and even brought with him a scaled down model of his shutters. None of the other 3 did even after one of the vendors agreed to come back and demo their product. Bruce followed up with a phone call after leaving his estimate and answered some additional questions we had. In the end, we felt the most comfortable with Bruce and his shutters are quality from start to finish as is Bruce himself. He's the type of person I would feel comfortable doing business with just on a handshake alone. The installer Mike was excellent as well. He kept me updated through the entire process and did an excellent job in cleaning up afterward. Both of these gentlemen provided great customer service. My only wish is that more vendors in South Florida were of their caliber. Thank you, Bruce and Mike!

Bruce stands behind his work. He came right out when I had a problem which wasn't even his responsibility.

He installed accordion hurricane shutters. He gives very good service. I have no complaints on any of the 3 houses he's completed projects. Schedules always hold up and I'm always satisfied. I would recommend him.
