I was very happy that All County Garage Doors was able to repair our broken garage door on the same afternoon that it broke! After the repair the door operates smooth as butter! The technician is obviously skilled at his profession and does extremely good work at a reasonable rate. I highly recommend his service.

Applegate was called by my siding contractor since he unsuccessfully re-attached my garage door after finding a rotting beam above garage door. They looked at it for less than 30 minutes and lubed it and told me nothing could be done since it was old and needed bearings, motor and probably should be replaced. JT from All County came to troubleshoot and in less than 45 minutes had it smoothly running with no noise or vibration! VERY knowledgeable about garage door mechanisms and how they work! Running better than when I moved in 10 years ago!

My experience with JT's service and skills has been outstanding, ever since he installed new garage door opening hardware at my residence 3 years ago. The door has been performing outstandingly over the years. A couple of days ago we had some problems with the door closing properly. JT reliably came out today to take a look and repair the problem, which he successfully completed in 20 minutes.. Very efficient, very courteous and did not charge me!... stating that it was a simple fix! Wow.! JT fully deserves all the excellent 5 point ratings I have given him. As long as JT is in business, he will always be the first one I call for any of our garage door needs. I would highly recommend the same to others who are looking for competent, personable service on their garage doors! This is the way businesses should be run! Jim M., Eugene, Oregon
