Called for an estimate on a leaking roof that caused damage to the inside of my house. Sam showed up same day put up a temporary tarp till they could get back the next week and make permanent repairs. They were back a few days later replaced flashing and a section of shingles. Very happy with the job. Would call them again.

We were quoted to replace two roof vents for $300 and when compared to other roofers seemed reasonable and in the same ballpark (e.g. remove 2 roof collars and replace with new). First they told us they would be here between 9 and 11. When I called them at 10:30 they said it was more like between 12 and 2. They eventually called back and then showed up at 12. When they got here they immediately asked how much the quote was before starting work. They then said that for that they would only caulk the vents - no replacement because replacing the vents involved more work they claimed. Since I needed to solve the problem asap I agreed but I caution anyone using this firm to get a WRITTEN quote as I think this was the common 'bait and switch'. I paid $300 for caulking two vent pipes which is clearly overpriced to say the least. I actually would never use this firm again. I gave the ratings I did because (1) they showed up and (2) performed some type of work and (3) provided me a receipt - nothing more.
