I owned a rental property that suffered a catastrophic fire loss. Even worse was that the 2000 square-foot home test tested positive for Asbestos. I went and got estimates from 10+ asbestos abatement companies and Paul not only was, by far, the most cost-effective. On top of that, you could call him and literally talk to the owner about your job. He went to great lengths to work with me so that the abatement contract worked for both of us. They started exactly when they said they would and they did an absolute phenomenal job. There was actually some scope creep that Paul was extremely fair pricing. He could’ve easily gouged me, but did just the opposite. After I paid him in full, I found some really minor issues, brought it to Paul’s attention and he took care of it the next day in a manner that far, far exceeded expectations. This is a great company! They will take very good care of you.
