Overall they did a great job. Very fast and conscientious. However, when they were done, they did a walk through and identified several areas that were noteworthy, such as seal leaks in the windows, and some paint splatters on a few of the windows. One of the paint splatters I reached up and scraped off with my fingernail. They then told me that there not allowed to scrape paint off windows any more with a single edge razor blade because someone had damaged a customers window at some point. For me this was more troubling from a philosophical perspective than a practical one. Not allowing window cleaners to use single edge razor blades, a basic tool of the trade, because of a single or even a few cases where it was mis-used and resulted in damage is just silly. It indicates a lack of employee training, and poor decision making by the companys leadership, and is ultimately why I will never use them again. And wish they would have told me of this limitation before contracting with them.

They were not the cheapest estimate I received But, they were very responsive getting back to me, worked me into their schedule to get my clogged gutters cleaned out (as we had been having unusual heavy rains) they were prompt and confirmed their arrival time. When the job was completed, they had several before/after photos to show me and talked through everything with me.
