Good communication throughout the project. Provided a thorough, professional written estimate with no sales pressure. Provided menu of options of various services. Gutter and downspout cleaning were hood, and “soft wash” of home exterior results were great!

Oct 5 2021: I hired 2 Gutter Cleaners $195.00 for a 10:00 AM appt, they arrived 10:11 AM, greeted them at front door and I explain the job task, they it would not take them that long. I said ok. They went to my backyard and within 10 mins later I check on them. I looked in my front yard. I see them both driving off at 10:21 am from my house. I receive No contact from their job control center or the 2 workers about my appt. It is been now 3 full days has passed. I see a debit from bank account $195.00 and no contact, this made me very upset, I am a Disabled Veteran and Senior Citizen on fix income and money is tight. I have used Home Advisor 39 times since 1986 with Exception Service results, always respectful and honest professionalism contractors. I did not know if I made a mistake, listen incorrectly or there was an error on their contractors part. I called the job control center. He said to me, it is listed - the two are out of the Tigard OR Center, they arrived at 12:00 Noon, clean gutters and they the my house at 2:00 PM and completed the job task. Harold was the lead worker was to call me. No Contact. ( I made a Formal Complaint to Home Advisor )
