In March, I hired Valley to redo a patio, he came out to take out old patio with a Bobcat, the work was a total disaster, damaged the sprinkler system and the yard, one of the sprinkler breaks was under the new patio, patio has cracks because control joints were not deep enough, Valley said he would take care of the problems so I paid Valley in full, Valley told me he would make it right, I got a 2nd opinion on the work that was done and I hired another pro to do the repairs and paid him $2500, I paid a total of $3000 for the repairs that I have done at he time, I have called Valley several times and he did not get back to me, I was finally able to talk to Valley and he offered me $200, I told him that was not acceptable, I told him to sent me what he can and never sent a thing
