I needed some pros. Southwest Insulation did an outstanding job upgrading and updating the attic insulation 'R' value. The crew arrived 45 minutes early, prepped the attic area and re-adjusted the ducting to make room for more insulation. They were polite and professional during the entire job, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They were neat and efficient and cleaned up when they were done. "We received a very competitive estimate and had them do the job. They blew about an R-55 layer of insulation in our attic and immediately stopped our ac units from running constantly. Our ac units cycle now like they are supposed to. They blew roof insulation in a 12' x 15' room with a 2" x 6" arched cathedral ceiling with cedar panels, (our outer entryway). Night and day difference! A small window unit keeps that room cool now! Donn Lipscomb, the owner, has been doing this for over 40 years and he knows his stuff! "Justin at 1907 Insulation is just how a pro should be. He was so patient with us and explained everything. We had 3 burst pipes due to the extreme freeze in Feb 2021. After we removed all of the damage, we hired Justin to add bat insulation in the walls and blown in insulation in the attic. He had to make two trips. He couldn't add insulation in the attic until the drywall was installed and the drywall couldn't be installed until the bat insulation was installed in the walls. After the job was finished, we found a small issue and he came out the same day to correct it. Things like this happen and in my opinion how a company solves issues or mistakes says a lot about character. We would absolutely recommend Justin and 1907 Insulation, LLC."

"First they did a great job. Second, they provided photos of every aspect of the job with before and after photos. Remember this is from every corner of the attic someplace I am unable to crawl and check for myself. Third very friendly and professional. OGE had a $500 rebate program and Miles had all the paperwork for the rebate prepared for me when I paid the invoice. I just had to sign and e=mail it to OGE. Fourth, and maybe most important, one of the workers accidentally slipped on a rafter and put his foot through my nice new re-modeled ceiling. He simply told me he would make it right and asked how I would like to have it repaired. I told him I wanted the same contractor who did the original work to repair it and that is what happened. He told me that was the first time that had happened. I believe him, as his 2 man crew did an excellent job otherwise. The ceiling wasn't cheap to repair but Miles made it clear that he wouldn't be happy unless I was happy. Very professional! I have no hesitation recommending Weatherization Experts to anyone. "Bo's Insulation increased our insulation across the attic in our two story house. The area over the den was large and difficult to access. In the process, one of the installers accidently slipped resulting in a hole in the middle of the ceiling. Not only was the hole fixed, but they also hired a professional painter to paint the entire ceiling to ensure that everything matched. "The entire process of insulating my attic was very smooth. Koala responded to my inquiry very quickly and inspected my attic and gave me a quote the same day. I had to make some renovations to the attic before the installation of new insulation and they were very patient with me and worked around my renovations and schedule. They suggested that I install a solar fan for the attic to remove excess heat and humidity. They installed the fan and it made an immediate improvement to the air quality in the attic.
