All Aspects Chimney Services is an absolute gem! From the initial call to the final inspection, everything was outstanding. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our chimney was in dire need of repair, and Taylor handled the job. He explained every step of the process, answered all our questions thoroughly, and even explained how he remedies any defects before providing a quote. The level of service was top-notch, highly recommended!

Hired them to exchange my Blower on my Fireplace he ordered a Blower what did not worked in my Fireplace but charged me 350 Dollar i told him the Blower is not made for my Fireplace and he did not care he picked up the Blower and gave me a Check for 111 Dollar and told me there is nothing else he could do i got upset about he not refunding my Money and asked him why he do not refund me the whole amount he told me that was for the labor very unprofessional i would never hire that company again.

Came check said was already clean. Didnâ  t know how to check gas lines. Got upset because he said when trying to cut line on it hurt his hand. Collected 210 and slammed door and drove off. When confronted about his work he got upset not professional. Would not recommend this company

Service tech was friendly and efficient. Still hoping to receive the inspection report for my records. I thought the chimney cleaning and inspection cost was worthwhile for the expertise. However, as a DIY person, I did feel the follow up quotes for waterproofing exterior brick and new chimney cap were quite high. Even though they may have been inline with industry norms.
