We hired Filipe and his crew to refinish our hardwood floors on our main level and replace our carpet upstairs. From beginning to the very last minute he was superb - the BEST contractor we have ever worked with for any job EVER! He is professional, knowledgeable, reliable, efficient, personable and accountable. It took us 4 days to decide on a custom floor stain and after several samples and resanding, Felipe recommend something that was EXACTLY what we wanted - it was like he read our minds! Fair priced, will really explain to you what needs to be done, how to do it right, what would be more cost/long term effective. We had alot that needed to be done: ripping out old carpet to install new hardwood that would match our old, install new hardwood in a kitchen remodel with no flooring, buffing out our old hardwood floor, and fixing a stain problem. They went above and beyond, even upgrading the fixes to be done beyond what we paid for because Felipe believes in honoring his quote while doing the job the best way it needs to be done. We chose a really lovely matte finish that feels so natural for the decor we are going with. His solid reviews are there for a reason. I would recommend that you contact Felipe if you are in need of hardwood flooring. He and his crew did an amazing job on my entire home. I had carpet upstairs and they came in moved the furniture, removed the carpet and installed hardwood flooring through out. I went with solid wood so it required them to install, sand, and stain. They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. My down stairs already had hardwood so it required him to sand and stain. I am completely satisfied with my new floors. I also felt comfortable leaving him and his crew in my home alone if I needed to run errands. I just decided that I want to put hardwood in my master bedroom closet and I've reached out to him to do that work as well. Thanks Felipe for everything!!!!!

Felipe feels like a friend now. He is up front and explains in as much detail as needed what is required and how much it will all cost. He refinished a botched job on the existing hardwood floors and installed new hardwoods in the rest of the house. Now it all looks as if it was there from the very beginning. I could not be happier.

My husband found them in our neighborhood's Home Advisor. We dealt mainly with Felipe who was great. He showed up when he said he was going to show up to talk to us about what we needed done. He and his crew were friendly, showed up on the time he said they would be there each day and were very professional. They worked until the job was done. Felipe even save us extra expense by going to the flooring place to pick up our flooring instead of ordering it on line (which is what the flooring company wanted him to do) where it would have been more costly. I would definitely hire this company again!
