Chris Knox did an absolutely amazing job on our floors! From start to finish, he was super accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. He really listened to what we needed and made sure everything turned out just the way we wanted. He and his crew were professional, efficient, and their work was top-notch. Chris and his crew went over and above to make me happy. I had had 3 pool leaks on three locations - all under concrete. The repairs were completed by another contractor. The concrete poured didn’t even come close to my stained concrete. Chris told me he could match it and make my pool deck look like new. He did. He also replaced some broken tile and missing grout in tile on my patio then resealed both my patio and front porch area. I’m a happy camper. Excellent contractor!!

The entire crew was very nice and professional. They did a great job on our floor polishing job.

The concrete coating began to bubble in more than half of the area the same day it was applied. Subsequently it peeled. According to him my sprinkler system caused the problem. (I did not run the sprinker in September.) Their attempt to fix the problem did not work. I filed a claim in Small Claims Court and received a judgment of half of my payment. On the day they tried to fix the probllem, I still felt it would be fixed. At that timeI I agreed for them to take the left over coating material to store. When I asked them for a date I could pick up the coating, I was told there was none left. (They had assured the Small Claims Judge they had the material and it would be returned to me.)

The project type is epoxy flooring which was not a choice in the pull down menu. We paid 1250 for 200sf of concrete to have an epoxy coating, chip and sealant. That was his minimum charge. He was going to give us a "deal" because he was using left over from another job. Not even 72 hours after it had dried for 72 hours it was peeling up. He said he'd come fix it anc never has. 11/23 for project almost a year later and he w on t return texts. We are a non profit and that's a huge chunk for us. He was nice. Brought his wife and daughter on the job. He just didn't follow through with fixing his shoddy work. I've got pictures and texts to prove he said he'd come and fix it and what it looks like peeling up

My wife and I went with All4floors to do epoxy on our concrete floors as well as extend onto the concrete pad, extending our back patio. They finished both projects in 3 day. The epoxy they recommended truly made the whole home come together and looks fantastic. They added a 12x45 slab of concrete that was not only finished incredibly quickly, but also looks amazing. They were able to work with us to make my wifeâ s vision come alive. Communication between us was quick and they kept us up to date with calls, text, and photos every step of the way. Looking forward to using them in the future for additional projects. A++ work and service.
