Reviews
Write a ReviewHe did an excellent job, he cleaned up and he came on time.
They are delightful people to work with, they did a very difficult job, the fact that they have to remove some paint to remove the concrete but they pull it off. I'm very satisfied with the work that they did, they did go the extra mile in some difficult places, and they did it to my satisfaction. Chris's team were delightful young men, courteous, job-oriented, ask me if I okay with this and walked me throughout the process they worked around, didn't sit around and smoked, and they stayed and got the work done.
Very prompt and reasonable on how he does business. Enjoyed working with Chris
Chris and his crew are absolutely great. The quality is unbeaten. He worked tirelessly to get the job done. You can't beat his work ethic. He went above and beyond for me, and I appreciate it. He always came up with ideas to make sure I got the biggest bang for my money - also very appreciated. I would highly recommend him and his crew and contractors for your indoor or outdoor needs. You won't be disappointed.
Chris and his crew were absolutely outstanding. They were always on time, they cleaned up every day and did an amazing job. I am going to use them again for several projects in the future. This project was to epoxy, flake and clear coat the garage. We couldn't be any happier with the results!
Chris was great to work with. Involved and on site with his crew every step of the staining process. Great communication and made sure the end result was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Chris and All 4 Floors for any of your staining and sealing needs. Thanks Chris for a great job well done.
They all ways ensure timely service and quality work at an affordable rate.
Great company to do business with. Agreed to work completed on time and within budget. Had a minor issue after work was completed. I called them and they provided immediate response and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
we hired a contractor, Chris Knox, to epoxy the floors in our home. Chris operates under two business names: All4Floors and C and M Construction. #update# we are taking Chris Knox to court and through our research, in preparation, we have discovered he is in litigation with Kalidy LLC here in Oklahoma and in one of Chris responses to their allegations he states that he does no business under all 4floors, the company is owned by his wife Tanya Knox. I am seriously questioning the strict verification process. I have reached out to them and after trying one time to mediate they said they exhausted their resources and referred us to their fair claims arbitration. My husband is finding more claims against him under his various names on OSCN as I type this. Back to the original review: I paid $2223.36 for the epoxy when they dropped off the product. We had asked ahead of time for a copy of the receipt from the supplier and we were told that would not be a problem. I asked for the receipt when the product was delivered and one was waved around but it was their only copy and I could not keep it. So we made a copy of it ourselves. The original agreement was that our floors would be ground down with a cement grinder and a high filtration vacuum system. I would not have to pack everything away because there would be minimal dust. The day they started our floors they showed up with no tools other than a floor buffer and a small pry bar to remove baseboards (no knife to score the caulking to prevent my drywall from pealing as the baseboards were removed. No grinder, no vacuum. My furniture was moved and damaged, they spent very little time sanding my floors and blew dust everywhere. There was a thin-set in my bathroom that had to be removed with a grinder. No doors were closed, no vacuum was used. Thin-set dust covered everything in my house to include my clothes, my husband dries clean only uniforms, an oil painting done by a very prestigious artist that now has to be professionally cleaned, it filled my air vents, covered the food in my pantry, the list goes on. After this, without cleaning any dust, they used masking tape to tape my painted cabinets, door casings, and brick hearth. They taped over the dust. They left for a few hours to go to another job, came back, worked for maybe an hour using our tools, left again, came back and this time we called the owner, Chris Knox because they were going to epoxy over our floors that still had peeling poly from the first time they were stained. Chris determined they would grind the area in my pantry that was peeling the next day. They showed up with a grinder and no vacuum system and nothing to cover my kitchen to prevent even more dust. They again tried to epoxy over other peeling spots as well as overall the dust from the grinding. My husband again called Chris. Turns out he does not have a vacuum system which is why he was trying to get away with sanding the floors. I fired Chris, paid him $500 for labor, and pulled out the receipt to return the product. That is when we saw we paid for 12 three gallon epoxy kits and 12 bottles of pigment but we only have 7 of each. We asked Chris for a refund, he said no. Now we are going to court. My house is ruined, the masking tape ripped the paint off of my cabinets, my oil painting is ruined, I have two expensive pieces of furniture that are damaged, my floors are ruined, and I have to remove everything from every cabinet and drawer to clean thin-set off of every item in my house along with my air system, and I have to pay to have a lot of clothes dry cleaned. I have been lied on top of all that, all by one of your contractors whom your company claims to have checked into. I have been cautioning people not to use your company as I do not feel you stand behind your claims of ¢ satisfaction guaranteed. Recommended? No
All 4 Floors, in my view, is an outstanding company, especially Mr. Chris Knox, the owner. His knowledge and skills are absolutely amazing in term of this business (stain concrete); in addition, he is a calm and good listener. I strongly recommend this company to anyone.
