I submitted the HomeAdvisor request on Tues. and received a call that night from Jose. Made arrangements for 3 estimates on Thursday. Jose's was first but it scared me because it seemed so much less than what I'd hear tree removal should cost; his was very reasonable. Read reviews for all 3 providers and called Jose. He came out Friday mid-morning . His work, including clean up, was quick, thorough, and exactly as agreed upon. I'm very happy.

This service is first rate. For several years we attempted to receive District permission to remove a large, 70 inch circumference trunk elm that was eroding our sewer system and destroying a retaining wall. After receiving permission to remove the tree (located in a very restrictive area adjacent to the backs of several buildings) we received estimates for the removal from several companies. Alexi came in with the lowest bid but most important, the manager, Jose, explained the methods and schedule in detail and demonstrated a knowledge and sense of responsibility that was clearly genuine and comprehensive. The work was exceptional.

He has failed to send me an invoice. He did the job at the lowest price with the fastest work date. However, he probably killed the trees he transplanted by not digging deep enough to preserve the roots.

Great work on the hottest day of the year. Very professionally done at a decent price. Concrete is much more expensive than asphalt but you've gotta know that going in and just accept it if you choose concrete.
