He was actually working in my neighborhood anyway and was able to check to see what the problem was almost immediately. The minor repair we needed was fixed quickly the same day.

He came out the same day and gave me the estimate and did the job. I'm satisfied and I have no complaints.

I needed to replace my shed roof which had previously been damaged and temporarily repaired. The morning I called Alex Williams, I learned that by chance he was finishing up a job in my neighborhood. His son was able to come out and confirm that I did need a new roof and he gave me a reasonable replacement cost. By 6:00 that evening, I had a new roof on my shed with a 25 year shingle, and also new gutter guards to replace those missing on my house. Alex and his crew were very professional and pleasant to work with. His recommendations for a future project made sense in terms of safety, affordability and aesthetics.

He called quickly, showed up when scheduled, gave me options, completed the work in a timely and professional manner. I also have two other smaller projects that he looked at and be having him back for quotes on those. He listens to his clients rather than trying to decide what he wants. He gives clear reasons for his recommendations.

I was very pleased with the overall effort displayed by Mr Williams. He was timely in all interactions. After a thorough review of my problem he was very patient in explaining what needed to be done. (This was more than just a siding job. Water was leaking in behind the siding and the roof needed repair.) His bid was promptly presented. The work was performed in a professional manner and the clean-up was well done. He also avoided stepping on my azaleas which were directly under the work site. Price was reasonable with no add-ons. I highly recommend him.
