Alex and his crew replaced our gutters and installed gutter guards a few years ago. We were so pleased with the quality of their work that we recently hired them again for additional work. They did a very thorough job on power washing the exterior of our house. We also had extensive painting done including shutters, trim work, patio and foundation. Their price was very reasonable. Alex is such a pleasant and trusting person to do business with and gives you that added assurance to ensure you are fully satisfied w/the work performed. I would highly recommend Alex and his crew for your home improvement needs!

This was a specialized job, requiring roofing on a porch, gutters and water damage repair to the portico. This was a portico roof that had sustained underlying water damage. Alex was prompt, efficient and the workers were fastidious and neat. He went beyond the basic issues to ensure that we were totally happy. He showed resourcefulness in solving several associated problems. The real testament to his character and the assurance that the work would be done completely to our satisfaction was that he wanted NO MONEY UP FRONT. He informed us, "You pay me when I am finished". Which immediately let us know how confident he was in his work and performance. The were two borders that needed to be painted to complete the job, but it started raining and he would need to come back and finish, probably 30 minutes of work. We wanted to pay him then , knowing that he would return and complete the painting. He responded by saying, "When I am finished you can pay me." Just when you think that craftsmanship and integrity is an after thought in business...here come Alex Williams...great job. Oh! I forgot that we are accustomed to contractors "jacking up prices because of our neighborhood ($800,00-million +. His pricing was great and we had three other contractors come for the same project. In fact one wanted to charge us twice what we paid Alex.

Alex was very easy to work with. Being that this is an owner-operated business you don't have to worry about a crew coming out and doing a poor job, just to have to owner come out to see everything that needs to be fixed and have the work done over. I believe Alex gives very fair pricing, and he doesn't nickle and dime you for the small stuff. In the future I will definitely give him the first opportunity to provide me a quote. Thank you Alex!

The work is being finished today & I m very  While he was here my neighbor saw his work and hired him to do some work also.

I really appreciate the promptness in obtaining the quote, scheduling, and completion of work. This company replaced gutters and repaired a window dormer. It has not rained hard since the replacement but it looks like a job well done.

Alex and his helper came out very quickly to install a temporary patch on my house where a very large area of siding had blown off in a windstorm. They worked in high winds and rain to patch my house and prevent severe water damage. His cost was very reasonable and I highly recommend Alex Williams.
