I never write reviews about a company but I certainly had to this time. I hired this company in the past and they came to my house on time and mowed my lawn and did an awesome job! I was very pleased with their service that I decided to try them again. I called and spoke with George on a Saturday and asked him to mow my lawn. He said that he could swing by on Sunday and would call me in the morning to confirm. Well, no phone call on Sunday and I called him and he said that he couldn't come by that day but he could stop by either on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. Tuesday rolls around, still no service. I spoke to George on Wednesday morning to confirm that he was still going to mow our lawn and he said he would be there around 3:30. I get home from work and still no service. I called him and no answer. Plus, I texted him in between all of this and no reply. I am very angry and disappointed. My lawn is out of control because my lawn mower is broke and it has been raining like crazy these past few weeks! This company really let me down by NOT providing a service at all! Plus, it's really bad business practice to avoid/ignore your customer.

Overall great job, just needs more work on the cutomer service. It seems to me that when you call a business' contact number they should say the name of the business and introduce themselves. Everytime I spoke to someone it was quick and always around a lot of noise or even driving.
