They did half the job then left and wanted to charge us double to finish the job. The guy seemed nice but did not listen just did what he wanted. He would not work with us to try to resolve the situation.

customer seemed unsure as to their final goal. indefinite plan and concept of construction changed as project progressed. Initial result was very good.

I drew a plan for the entrance that included a curved stairway. They improved on the design so now it's a work of art. Neighbors remark on the beauty of the project.

They installed retaining wall on the front yard and up the driveway. Then they poured the cement for the sidewalk and an addition to widen the driveway. The men tracked concrete on the new wall and the concrete splatters on the side are not appealing to the new wall. When asked about the mess, Mr Parks said that some acid and a wire brush would clean it off. I'm not in the business of paying $6,000+ to clean up someone else's mess.
