They did a fantastic job!
I’ve had Jeff Davis at my home to check out the system so when I called Aire Care they do not work with Liberty Home Guard warranty system. So, I proceeded to work through LHG and was told it would be about ten days to give a quote. Well the gas furnace was declared DOA on my furnace of 27 years. I knew it shouldn’t take more than a half hour to quote my furnace so that’s when I realized the LHG company was a decoy to say we really don’t want to do this so we’ll drag our feet on this one. I took a survey on the internet and it pointed me to Aire Care (Jeff Davis company). I inquired with them and their salesman came over and gave me a quote. That’s when I decided to dump LHG and sign with Aire Care Knoxville. The next day LHG came through with slightly better quote but that was because they knew they were being dumped. All in all I’ve had a calmness about going with Aire Care as everyone is nice and very professional. So thanks Aire Care of Knoxville to allow warmth to come back to us

My heat pump was on it's last legs and I was afraid it would go south on the hottest day of the year, so I started researching. I read A LOT of reviews and on Angi's they had a lot of positive ones. So, I called them and was very happy with the 'quote" process. They presented everything that was available clearly and answered all my questions. They didn't pressure me to upgrade, but after reviewing all the specs of each unit and the warranties, I did decide to upgrade. The installation was completed in one day by an extremely polite and hardworking crew. They found some other issues that might have caused me trouble down the road and repaired them for no additional charges. I have been extremely happy with everything. Only time will tell if I made the right choice, but "so far, so good". I would highly recommend Aire Care!

We have been clients of Aire-Care for at least Five years! The company is excellent, from all employees from Heather, Kendra, Logan , Chris etc....... They are extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and have excellent work ethics. Logan recently did a service call and he was unbelievably thorough. I highly recommend this heat and air company to anyone!!!!!!!! Sincerely Mary Lee.
Logan & Dustin came to examine the system as to why my A/C was not working. They explained that they found returning coils have a leak. The silver part in the attic. And the outside unit breaker was cutting off too short. That's all I understand. On another repair job Logan replaced the ignition panel so I could have heat again!
