I had a unique situation that requires a temendous amount of troubleshooting. While it did take longer than I would have liked, I can t stress enough that my situation was unique and most folks would not have a long turnaround time. The crew bent over backwards to try and save me money, find workarounds, work late, call in favors, and had pretty solid communication along the way with what was happening, where they will be. Will be hiring for AC maintenance soon.

I pay $85.00 for an estimate the technician never give my contract my daughter wanted to see the photos he took of the heater she wanted to if repair or purchasing a new one

Hello: I am sorry that you did not receive the estimate and pictures the first time we emailed them to you. When we called to see if you had received it, we immediately resent it upon hearing you had not. We then called back to ensure that you had received everything after our second email. The $85 you paid was for the diagnostic fee for us to come out and diagnose the issue and try to get your heat up and running. That price and the 10% senior citizens discount were discussed prior to our coming out to your home. As we discussed with you, we will take the $85 off the price of a new unit plus continue to extend a Senior Citizens discount. Please.
