Jeff was very helpful and a pleasure to talk to. He explained everything that needed to be done at every step of the way and made me aware of potential issues to keep an eye on. He didn't rush; he took his time to make sure all issues were addressed and ensured the system worked properly before leaving. I was extremely happy as in NC without A/C in the middle of August doesn't go well with Menopause or animals and I had already been all weekend and these gentlemen not only went out of their way to get a part but also went out of their way to fix an unforeseen circumstance that was beyond anyone's control and got my unit back up and working in the same day. They also proved prices to me along the way and I couldn't have been happier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
