I didn't know a home inspector could be that thorough for what they charge. Mark really spent the time to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. I would recommend Mark to all who asked.

Mark was exceptional in his knowledge of a home. His explanations were understandable and he gave pertinent advise. He also did a well and septic inspection free of charge! Very professional file he put together with all of his ratings and suggestions as well as important info on septic systems.

They were great. I've never had any bad service from them and they have done very nice work. I have nothing negative to say.
