    Mark is awesome, I called him on a Monday and he was able to come out and inspect the house the very next day! He takes plenty of photos and notes throughout the inspection for his report. The report he generates afterward is FULL of great info. After the inspection he walks you thru the house and tells you every little detail about the house your buying, he even recommends how to handle and fix small little things to increase the lifetime of your home. Mark at Aim high homes is awesome i would totally recommend him for any one in the area of mid to northern Michigan, For my next home purchase i will be contacting mark again!

    Not one of those quickly inspections you often get when buying a home. I feel I now know the overall status of my home, what needs fixing and the safety issues needing to be resolved.

    Mark was great! He explained everything he found, spent a lot of time trying to figure out issues with a septic system and water pressure and has continued post inspection to offer suggestions to address these issues. Plus, he called me immediately after HomeAdvisor listed his company as a potential inspector. Fantastic response time! Absolutely would recommend Aim High and Mark to anyone who asked.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
