Eddie came same day for my quote, and was able to return the next day to trim the huge Eucalyptus tree that is in my neighbor's yard, but hangs over my fence. They did a great job trimming up my fence line, to keep my pets safe.

Prompt call back and did a great job

Eddie responded quickly to my request to have a tree removed and 3 others trimmed. He showed up to my home without my requesting a quote. What he quoted sounded good and I showed him the trees I wanted serviced. He showed up with another worker earlier than I had requested on day of service, but no problem. He started right away. He did cut down my back yard Palo Verde as I asked. When it came to the other trees, a few dead branches were left on and he butchered my tree. When it came to my Palm Tree he wanted an extra $150 to remove the remaining stems. My biggest complaint is they were ready to leave after saying they were done with dead branches and all sorts of debris left in my pool. Wish I could download pictures. NOT ACCEPTABLE. After I told him that this was not cool, he and his helper attempted to clean what they could. They also left some debris along my garage and orange peels which were thrown along my back fence. Do not appreciate anyone helping themselves to tree fruit without asking. At least he could have thrown the peels in the trash. He also said he would take some of the branchers, but they just dumped the tree tras on the piles. Luckily, bulk trash pick up is next week. Overall, not very happy with this experience. but come on wanting to get paid and leaving me a mess, not good business. Unfortunately, I would not recommend. He seemed like a nice guy. and was hoping for a better experience. DISAPPOINTED IN CENTRAL PHOENIX.

Eddie was timely, efficient, and easy to talk with.

He came after the first phone call and was ready to go to work. Cleaned up after he finished and we are asking him to do another job.

You could say these guys are on top of it, considering they were ringing my doorbell 15 min after I only put in a request for a quote and didn't tell them to. I wasn't even home but saw them through my camera just hanging out outside my house. They called and I texted back asking if they were outside my house. He said he was there to go the palms, even tho I didn't tell them to come, I only requested an estimate. I asked what his price was, and told him I'd message him later. At 1:30 I texted him that the price was good, and to come back at 2:30 when I got home. Literally 10 min later they were back and chopping away, even tho I said don't come until 2:30. Even tho I told them I wasn't there, they kept ringing doorbell while working. I had to have my son pay them since I told them I WASNT HOME TILL 2:30. when I got back I found they left full palm frons all over the ground under the tree, but took most of them, on the other side of wall and in my neighbor's yard. I guess they left those for good luck. I wanted to give these guys 5 stars for thier pricing and obvious desire for the job (just showing up spontaneously when I never communicated with them), but leaving the frons and coming way before I told them too was just kind of ridiculous.

They came even earlier than scheduled and made quick work of our palm trees and bougainvillea. Made sure to keep off the nearby garden, and did a great job cleaning up!

I was off premise and Aguilar returned to cut and remove more tree branches.
