This was a very professional company from start to finish. The technicians were clean and neat in appearance, van looked new also. After explaining to me what they (one technician in white shirt, one in blue) would be doing step by step, in language I could understand, they proceeded to check every room in my home, including a very large attic space. They even checked and cleaned out the central vacuum system that I had been afraid to use due to not knowing what was lurking/living inside that thing! Going over and above what I would have expected was a very nice surprise. After the inspection was complete, the verdict was a good one...the a/c unit, heat pump, and all the duct work were relatively new and in good working order. The next surprise came when the head technician told me they were done, and DID NOT try to talk me into extra services that were not wanted or needed. What's this? No add-ons or upcharges? Thank you advantaclean for restoring integrity into local service-related small business. You will not regret hiring this company!
