Very pleased with our experience. Prompt, professional, honest. Had Jim out to assess 2 water leak spots. Did not up-sell, we appreciate that. Tested the area, told us what we needed to do to resolve the issue quickly and economically. If we have another water leak issue, Jim s our guy.

This was a duct cleaning job where register box mottling persisted after spray bleaching. Home Advisor's first company (Preferred Environmental Solutions, through Emerald Coast Air) assigned 3 successive tech who never came, so 6 weeks later Advanta Clean got the job, They came in just a few days. Mat and Jay worked hard. They could not remove one of the blowers for cleaning, due to design with coil in the way, but they did what they could in place. They got to that plenum through the side.

Jim was professional, prompt and courteous. All work was completed on schedule. Was kept informed during the entire process. Highly recommend.

Jim was great! He came to inspect our new house for mold and give advice on cleaning the air. While using his infra red gadget he found several spots throughout our duct work with leaks of cold air. After cutting out a wall to explore we found the main trunk of the duct work was disconnected! We added insulation to all the areas he saw the leaks and now itâ s a brisk 74° in the house! This saved us thousands of dollars because we were ready to get a new AC system!
