Advanced Restoration Group literally saved our basement and house sale. Due to close 3 weeks after we were overwhelmed by water in our basement, we were so relieved when ARG showed up. From the first contact from Dave to the finished project, I cannot say enough about this company! As a single female, it is often hard to find companies who will do quality work for a very fair price. I had a lot of questions, and every single one was answered quickly, thoroughly, and I felt very comfortable with the whole team. Chris DeCesari, who came out to do the work was especially great. He took a lot of extra time to explain things to me and the "why's" behind everything. The entire team was professional, hard working, and friendly as well! Highly recommend!!!!

Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful, polite and just very nice. The owner came to my home, kept me calm when I was overwrought and guided me every step of the way. He always returned my phone calls. They were very prompt in getting the work done.

Sump pump overflow on a Monday night was nightmare for me what do I do now! fortunately the guys from Advanced Restoration Group were there to help. They extracted the water from the basement, disinfected with this really cool natural non-allergic (for me and the dog and my roomy at least) thyme based stuff. Restocked boxes. Then they proceeded to lug all the water logged stuff out of the basement and haul it away. The guys are respectful, professional, friendly easy to advise on how to handle your stuff. Great to work with. My advice to you invest in plastic containers just sayinâ
