Advanced Restoration Group did a fantastic job containing the fallout from a broken water pipe. They responded with a direct phone call very late on a Sunday night and immediately provided recommendations on what to do. I highly recommend their services.

Dave and his crew were amazing. And that is on a Saturday night at 11.30, knowledgeable, available and absolutely committed to the job and to making it as easy and less stressful to the customer as possible From being available at all times for check in and updates ( at all times , with text , email, phone call) to recommending the professionals we would need for the next steps - Dave knew it all and made sure we felt the same with his guidance We are grateful to have found him in a moment of need - we couldn?t have done it without Advance Restoration Group! Dave and his crew were exceptional. They answered all our questions and explained what they were doing and what to expect next. The entire crew was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and dependable. Dave was my advocate dealing with my insurance company and getting things rolling. Could not have done it without him. I thank my local fire dept for calling them in because I would not have known where to go. They showed up at the scene of my wall collapse and sured up my home to make it safe to enter within an hour. I cannot praise this company enough for their knowledge and experience with this type of disaster. I am so very greatfull to have Dave and the crew from Advanced Restoration in my corner.

Advanced Restoration Group was timely, efficient, neat, professional and got my basement cleared of water and cleaned up from water damage, same day. They were great to work with and reasonably priced, considering I didn't go through my homeowners insurance. I highly recommend them.

Not only was the service provided exceptional with a quick response time, the customer service was outstanding as well. Dave and Kellen were more than a pleasure to work with. I had plumbers damage my basement including a finished room with sewage water and from the first phone call to Dave, the service provided was outstanding. Dave, Kellen, and the team were very compassionate and kind during a very stressful time.
